Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference. As a Product Manager OTC (M/F/d) you will be responsible for a defined product / brand management for main brands of the OTC portfolio.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

- You will manage product and product portfolio financials such as pricing, P & L, including financial planning furthermore you have full budget responsibility for your brands
- You drive marketing activities and evaluate the performance by KPIs with a strong focus on ROI
- You will define / adopt product or product category strategies, implement into marketing activities across all channels, follow up with a fitting communication strategy and will regularly track your results
In communication, you will put a strong focus on a multichannel approach (360° communication), which includes classic and digital media strategy which you will implement with the digital team
- You will manage congresses and fares relevant for your brand portfolio in close cooperation with the sales team
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with all functional areas and internal partners (Sales, Finance, Medical, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.) as well as external partners (key opinion leaders)

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Science, Marketing, or related area
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management or Brand Management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with OTC products is essential
- Good knowledge of the role of patients and payors as well as digital tools is an asset
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)

The gross annual salary is at least 55.000 EUR.
