**About The Role**:

As a **Test Team Lead - Sports **you need to ensure a successful testing approach is the best suited to guarantee the best quality software is rollout out to live environment, that meets all requirements from the users, product management and NFR perspectives
**What you'll be doing**:
- Manage a frontend test team (embedded in several Scrum teams) of up to 12 team members
- Mentor and develop the team further to grow their skills and testing competencies
- Support the teams to develop the test strategy, test plan and test specification based on requirements and project scope
- Prioritize, plan and coordinate Test Automation activities within the team and in alignment with other units
- Ensure a cohesive approach in coordinating with other Delivery units (some remote)
- Represent the testing group in stakeholders meetings
- Continuously improves testing related processes and methods
- Support the roadmap estimation and project planning process
- Supervise and intervene when delivery milestones are at risk
**What we need from you**:
- You have the passion for software testing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a QA lead position (in an agile environment)
- Proficiency in all testing stages: requirements analysis, test design and execution and QA analytics
- Strong leadership, planning and analytical skills
- Have very good interpersonal skills, positive demeanor and a can-do approach
- Be able to communicate effectively with all hierarchical levels; able to influence decision making processes & persuade others
- Experience working in a scaled Scrum setup involving multiple teams, cultures and locations (desirable)
