**Company Description**:
We are seeking a creative and passionate designer with a strong background in menswear design, and a particular interest in men’s outerwear and sportswear, to join the AlphaTauri design team based in Salzburg in Austria.

As a designer at AlphaTauri, you will be part of a small design team, responsible for designing and creating the premium menswear range for the AlphaTauri fashion collection, and associated sportswear collections.

**Conception**

In this role you'll elaborate seasonal directions and concept in collaboration with the design team and will closely work with the AlphaTauri creative director and the design team

**Designing and Developing**

Another task will be to design and develop innovative and fashionable menswear and outerwear products for the AlphaTauri fashion collection and associated sportswear collection according to direction and needs.Furthermore, you'll participate in colour and fabric research, create technical drawings and tech-packs for each design. You'll also work with product development teams and factories to communicate these designs, and to ensure accurate and timely production of samples and finished products.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in fashion design.

At least 3 years experience working in menswear design.

A particular interest in men’s outerwear design and conception.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, têxtiles, and garment construction

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design software.

Good graphic sense

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Fluent in English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of fashion trends

Experience with managing and coordinating with factories and suppliers

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
