Deine Aufgaben
- **Lead and support**: project teams on quality topics from start to finish.
- ** Represent**: QA in team meetings, quality boards, and development reviews.
- ** Ensure compliance**: Follow cGMP guidelines and internal procedures throughout the project.
- ** Develop strategies**: Plan for risks and solutions to meet quality goals.
- ** Coordinate**: Work between QA and other internal or external teams.
- ** Communicate**: Share key strategies, risks, and updates with stakeholders and management.
- ** Review**: Check project documents for compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- ** Participate**: Join global and cross-functional quality projects.

Dein Profil
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; experience in pharmaceutical quality or operations is a plus.
- ** Knowledge**: Strong understanding of project management & quality assurance.
- ** Experience**: Background in technical development and project management, production, or quality assurance.
- ** Skills**: Great organization, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- ** Languages**: Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a bonus.
