Senior Manager in Tax Private Clients

Unser Kunde ist ein überaus erfolgreiches und international agierendes Beratungsunternehmen mit beeindruckenden Klienten auch in Österreich. Für den Bereich Steuerberatung Private Clients wird zur Verstärkung des Leadership-Teams eine Führungspersönlichkeit gesucht, die vermögende Privatkunden sowie Privatstiftungen umfassend beraten wird.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung von Steuerberatungsprojekten und umfassende Beratung vermögender Privatpersonen
- Führung und Coaching des Teams
- Laufende Reviews von Steuererklärungen und Bilanzierungsarbeiten
- Sehr intensive persönliche Kommunikation mit Klienten (20-50%)
- Vorantreiben der Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen im Zusammenspiel mit Klienten

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Steuerberaterprüfung, entsprechende akademische Ausbildung
- Mind. 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und sehr hohes Unternehmerverständnis
- Hohe Teamorientierung, Integrität, analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
