Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

**How you will contribute**

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Milka is the biggest Bakery Brand in our portfolio and plays a key role in our growth strategy.

You and your team will drive the growth of Milka Bakery in Germany/ Austria and support the development in Switzerland.

In addition, you will represent the Bakery Team in Austria beyond the brand Milka, guiding overarching processes and being a key contact of the Austrian Leadership Team. You will also be an important facilitator of future growth in adjacent segments and white spaces on the Austrian market.

You will report into Marketing Manager Treat located in Bremen, Germany.

**What extra ingredients you will bring**:
We believe you need a minimum of 4 years experience in role(s) where the FMCG marketing mix, ATL & promotions and drive for results have been key success factors.

You have shown ambition and are ready to now move into a role, in which brand activation, strategic thinking & ambiguity will be daily challenges. We expect you to be familiar with commercial matters, with strong marketing sensibility.

Furthermore, you have a passion for developing your direct reports (BM Milka Bakery) to the next level.

**Education / Certifications**:
University degree: Business, Marketing

**Job specific requirements**:
You need to be fluent in English and German.

Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
