Independent processing of incoming orders and international sea freight shipments, including document preparation, invoicing, and support with monthly closing. Daily communication with colleagues, customers, and partners at home and abroad. Responsibilities also include customs procedures, transport planning, and handling customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

Your Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming orders and independently managing international sea freight shipments- Preparing necessary documents, handling order invoicing, and supporting monthly closing- Corresponding and working closely with colleagues in Germany and abroad, as well as with our customers and partners- Managing customs clearance procedures and transport planning- Handling customer complaints and supporting solution development

Your Profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk or a commercial qualification- Ideally, relevant experience in sea freight (import/export)- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and systematic thinking skills- Strong communication skills and a team player- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus- Results-driven personality- Hands-on mentality
