Unser Auftraggeber ist als international erfolgreicher Dienstleister im Bereich Schienentransport tätig. Als Vertragspartner der ÖBB ist man unter anderem für den Service auf den Nightjet-Zügen verantwortlich. Mit über 35.000 Mitarbeiter*innen weltweit - davon über 800 in Österreich, gilt man als verlässlicher und stabiler Partner in seinem Bereich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung des Finanzteams (Buchhaltung, Inkasso, Steuern und Recht, Treasury, Controlling, LV)
- Unternehmensabschlüsse und Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung der betreuten Gesellschaften
- Erarbeitung und Anwendung von Konzernstandards und -verfahren
- Leitung des Budgetprozesses
- Intra-group Verrechnung zwischen den verwalteten Gesellschaften
- Monatliches Reporting und Kontrolle der Aktivitäten sowie der operativen Dashboards
- Austausch mit dem HQ in Frankreich und Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Schnittstelle und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Country Manager

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Wirtschaftliches Studium (Finanzen, Controlling, Rechnungswesen)
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Controlling/Finanzen
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Technisch affin und fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen EDV-Systeme
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (zusätzlich Französisch von Vorteil)
