**Make Health & Safety and Digital Solutions Real**
- We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **SENIOR SPECIALIST**to drive digital transformation in **Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)**.
- As part of our **DIGITAL SOLUTIONS TEAM**, you’ll help shape the backbone of our HSEQ systems—ensuring seamless operations, supporting key projects, and making safety smarter through technology.
This is your chance to make a real impact by blending technical expertise with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams and external partners while working with leading tools across SAP and beyond.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Be the go-to expert for all things digital HSEQ—supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
- Manage and improve non-SAP tools like Electronic Work Permits, Risk Management, IUCLID, Chesar, and Hazop systems.
- Support SAP EHS modules including Product Compliance, Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, QM, and more.
- Oversee EHS Expert Server setups and maintain WWI templates, including 3E regulatory content.
- Handle vulnerability and incident management through ServiceNow.
- Analyze systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver clear, impactful dashboards and reports to stakeholders.

**About you**
- A degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience with IT solutions in HSEQ or compliance-heavy environments.
- Deep understanding of SAP EHS modules (ECC and S/4) and tools like WWI and GLM.
- Strong data skills—especially in tools like Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Confident communicator, able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Self-driven and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 72.000 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
