**What is there to do?**:

- Active collaboration and regular communication with the Chef Patissier
- Support the Chef Patissier in the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts in accordance with our quality standards
- In particular the production of desserts for the à la carte area, cakes and pastries, bread products and individual confectionery
- Adhering to and developing recipes and checking all prepared components in terms of quality and taste
- Responsible handling of food and work equipment
- Assistance with daily cleaning work
- Supporting other posts - depending on your own workload situation Compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

**What should you bring with you?**:

- Successfully completed vocational training as a chef or pastry chef
- Several years of professional experience Creativity and enjoy working with high-quality food
- Open to new ideas and culinary creations
- Very good specialist knowledge and a high level of quality awareness
- Organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Good written and spoken German, specialist knowledge of English...

**We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.**:
