Product Designer

Our mission at hello again is to support companies to attract and retain customers by creating an easy-to-use loyalty program. Our main goal is to become the leading digital loyalty provider throughout europe. With our white label loyalty app framework (including a powerful loyalty CRM) companies gain new and loyal customers. We are proud that already 600 happy clients are using our product.

As Product designer (UI/UX Designer) you are responsible for the experience of our products and their interfaces. You act as a liaison between product management and software development and are involved in the product design process from the very beginning.

Aufgaben
- Delivering high quality but scalable designs for our software products (Client Dashboard and Loyalty App Framework) and ensuring their usability.
- Supporting the product team in the entire design process - from the first sketch to high-fidelity prototypes and supporting implementation.
- You take care of user and business requirements in coordination with the product and software development team.
- Conducting user research and create well thought-out experiences for our dashboard and app products based on this research.
- You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of our design system and continuously develop it further together with our front-end engineers.

Qualifikation
- You are passionate about product design - regardless of your formal education.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer - experience with digital products and/or SaaS solutions and/or mobile apps is a plus.
- You are familiar with current design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or preferably Figma, as well as other common prototyping tools - Photoshop or Illustrator are also not new territory for you.
- You enjoy developing and integrating business goals into design decisions and blend them with user needs
- You are creative and have an eye for design and detail
- You have basic knowledge in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
- You work very independently and in a structured way.
- You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- You have excellent English skills (German is a plus).

Depending on your qualification and background, you will receive a performance-oriented salary that suits your profile and ability. The gross salary for this position is between € 40.000,00 and € 55.000,00 per year.
