-Posted 5 hours ago- As a member of the team at the Hydrogen Research Center Austria, a Competence Center for Excellent Technologies (COMET), you will contribute to excellent research and development in the field of sustainable, hydrogen-based energy systems.
- **Your Responsibilities**:

- Strategic identification, outreach and acquisition of new research and industry partners in the field of alkaline and anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolysis.
- Acquisition and development of third-party funded, grant-funded, and industry projects (including EU programs, national funding schemes, and bilateral industry collaborations), including idea development, consortium building and proposal preparation.
- Management and execution of research and third-party funded projects in the field of alkaline and anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolysis.
- Design, execution and analysis of experiments to improve electrolysis technologies, with a particular focus on material development and process optimization.
- Technical leadership and coordination of the project team to ensure objectives regarding timeline, budget and quality are achieved.
- Representation of the research field through scientific publications, presentations at international conferences and active participation in industry and funding network events to increase visibility.

**Your Profile**:

- Completed university degree (MSc) in chemical engineering, materials science, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field.
- Several years’ experience in hydrogen technology and/or electrolysis processes, particularly in alkaline and anion exchange membrane electrolysis.
- Solid knowledge of electrochemical processes, electrode material development and characterization, and analysis tools such as EIS and DRT is an advantage.
- Experience in leading and coordinating research projects as well as collaborating with industry partners.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- High level of commitment and ability to work in a team, with an openness to continuous training and professional development.
