**Sales Manager with Heptadome Initiative**

**Heptadome Initiative** specializes in the production, sale, and assembly of premium log and timber frame houses. As we expand our operations across Europe, we are seeking reliable and motivated independent Sales Managers to join our team.

**Role and Responsibilities**

As an independent Sales Manager, you will:

- Promote and sell our high-quality log and timber frame houses.
- Conclude sales agreements with clients.
- Support customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Assist clients with bureaucratic and regulatory requirements.

**What We Offer**
- **Flexible Working Conditions**: Complete autonomy to manage your schedule and client interactions. This role can be pursued part-time or alongside other professional commitments.
- **Competitive Compensation**: Earn a fixed fee of **€3,000 per closed deal** plus **4% of the deal value** (excluding VAT). Deals typically range from €25,000 to €200,000, offering significant earning potential.
- **No Obligations**: No mandatory quotas, deadlines, or minimum hours, allowing you to work at your own pace.
- **Comprehensive Support**: We provide a straightforward information package to equip you with all necessary knowledge. The skills required are simple to learn, making this role accessible even for those new to the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **German** and **English**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

Pay: 3.000,00€ - 5.000,00€ per month

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
