Ihre Aufgaben
- Erarbeitung von Qualitätskonzepten sowie Qualitätsplanung im Rahmen der Entwicklung von neuen Produkten bis zur Serienreife
- Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Qualitätssicherung bestehender Produkte
- Umsetzung und Aufrechterhaltung von P-FMEA
- Unterstützung der Entwicklungsprojektteams bezgl. allgemeiner Qualitätsthemen
- Laufende Pflege und Optimierung von Qualitätsplanungsdokumenten

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, etc.) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Medizintechnik o.Ä.
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischem Schwerpunkt
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung/ Qualitätsplanung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsplanungstools FMEA (sowie 5W, Pareto, Ishikawa,...)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Six Sigma und Lean Management
- Erfahrung in der Moderation von Gruppen sowie Präsentationstechniken
- Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie eine hohe Problemlösefähigkeit
