Customer Order Manager (m/w/d)

Für das IT-Lizenz-Management suchen wir ab sofort einen
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Aufbaus von einem Software Competence Center
- Prozessoptimierung nach LEAN-Ansätzen
- Abwicklung von Kundenbestellungen (Bestelleingang bis Auslieferung): Erstellen von Kundenportalen und Lizenzen
- Laufende Überprüfung von Abweichungen
- Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung: HTL, FH oder TU (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.)
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Software Bereich
- Kenntnisse in SAP
- Programmiergrundkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Interkulturelle und kommunikative Kompetenz
- Starke Kundenorientierung
- Gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr engagierter und motivierter Teamplayer
