**Your tasks**:

- Develop and manage BI solutions for the sales department
- Build out and improve the sales-department’s reporting and analytical capabilities as well as support a data driven decision-making process
- Create and maintain dashboards for key business user from the sales department
- Work alongside the Data Science and Data Engineering team to build and support the alignment of performance KPIs through self-service dashboards. Providing timely and consistent data, clearly visualised
- Create connections between different data systems

**Who you are**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis (preferably in a fast-growing company)
- Strong working experience with data programming languages (SQL/Python/R)
- High level of experience with BI Tools (Tableau) as well as excellent knowledge of data mining
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Detail oriented without forgetting the big picture
- Analytical & problem solving mindset - you like to create structure & optimise processes
- You bring a hustler mentality, you get your hands dirty and do what it takes to bring results
- Working proficiency in English
