- Job description: _This position will support our Marketing team and includes the following activities:

- Planning and organization of events, congresses and fairs (attendance as well as hosting)
- Correspondence and establishing contacts with external partners (event organizers, exhibition managers, suppliers and their teams)
- Preparing event contracts, organize shipping arrangements to and from event venues, be on top of your deadlines
- Ordering of merchandising materials and working on analog and digital projects
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports and assisting our Marketing Manager
- Your Qualification:_
- Completed education (or ongoing higher education)
- Hands-on mentality, ability to keep a cool head
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Knowledge of French preferable
- Any additional language is a plus

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 2.373,95) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.
