We are currently looking for a **EU Corporate Account Director** for our Textile Care Division.

**What You Will Do**:
You will lead the Corporate Account Managers in Europe:
- Managing the Sales Budget of Corporate Accounts, with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth & profitability rates.
- Managing international Corporate Account Managers by setting and following up action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies.
- Improving skills of the sales teams: through professional training, coaching and field visits to key accounts.
- Commercial guidance such as follow-up on market strategies and pricing, etc. You will have P&L responsibilities and a budget around 25-50MM.
- You will report to the VP & GM (General Manager) TCD Europe and will be part of the European TCD Leadership Team.
- Coaching and leading a team composed also by Corporate Account/Contract Managers.
- Your position is key for the TCD transformational journey, and your change management skills will have an impact.
- Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners within and outside of the industrial organization.
**Your Profile**:
- University degree combined with relevant B2B sales experience.
- Minimum 10 years leadership experience in a dynamic and international environment.
- Demonstrable achievements in improving organizational efficiency and profitability.
- Strong communication skills with an affinity for taking new challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects seamlessly.
- Can-do mentality, solution oriented, strong executor.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Ideally industry knowledge and experience in industrial laundry.
**Location**: this is a remote sales position which can be based anywhere in Europe.
