For our BPO (Business Process Organization) department with location in Kroellendorf (Allhartsberg, Lower Austria), we are searching for a motivated personality to join us as part-time employee (minimum 25 hrs/week) as:
BPO Project Manager (M/F/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Steer & support cross-functional projects along the entire life cycle (planning, implementation and closing) in the following areas:
- Optimization & harmonization projects for SAP as well as further roll-out projects for new business processes and systems
- Establish project plans and ensure their deployment in close alignment with relevant internal stakeholders and/or external consultants
- Critical analysis of existing business processes and identification of improvement possibilities
- Ensure the continuous improvement of internal project management processes
- Contribute process knowledge and competence to further develop a process-oriented company culture
Your profile:
- University degree in technics or economics, ideally with an emphasis on project and/or process management
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, including project management responsibility
- Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage - high interest in SAP is a must-have
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong analytical thinking, without losing sight of the big picture
- Structured way of working & hands-on attitude
- Resilient personality, being used to taking decisions under ambiguity
- Fluent in German and in English
