Head Housekeeper

**Austria, Vienna**, **Salary €2,200 per month - negotiable**:

Our client, with a VIP residence in Vienna, Austria is looking for a Head Housekeeper to start ASAP.

The residence is a private property of 1,500 square metres owned by a family consisting of 3 adults and 3 children.

The residence has been divided into zones, to make it clear what needs cleaning every day, once a week, or once a month.

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- To manage all other household staff
- To purchase amenities such as household chemicals, consumables, firewood, equipment needed for all the household staff etc. Mostly online-purchases
- To receive, unpack and allocate all the deliveries
- To change towels, linen, paper tissues, bathroom amenities etc. All the items have to be refilled upon consumption
- To do laundry and ironing
- To clean shoes
- To manage services provided by third parties: dry cleaning (including house items such as curtains, carpets etc.), shoe repairing, household appliance repairs etc.
- To maintain household appliances: to clean coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, filters changing for refrigerator, kitchen hood etc. All the work has to be done according to the instructions provided by the manufacturers
- To sort and take out the garbage
- To order food and beverages (on request)
- To cook the food/to help with cooking (on request)
- To manage the cars: washing, fuelling, repair (on request)
- Ad hoc tasks

It is a must, that you possess the following:

- High standards of cleaning
- Ability to be professional with a VVIP family
- English and German speaking preferred

**Working days**: 5 days a week

**Working hours**: 08:00 - 17:00

**Location**: Vienna, Austria

**Salary**: €2,200 per month - negotiable
