As a Compliance Manager (f/m/x), you will help develop policies and ensure regulatory compliance as part of an international team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development, implementation, and optimization of compliance policies and processes within the integrated management system
- Monitoring and assessment of compliance and risk factors with the aim of risk minimization - particularly considering industry-specific standards, regulations, and legal requirements in measurement and analytical technology
- Close collaboration with internal departments to successfully integrate compliance requirements into operational processes
- Professional support and response to internal compliance-related inquiries
- Supporting our international sites with regulatory issues and legal requirements
- Creation, maintenance, and management of compliance documentation
- Ongoing research on relevant standards, norms, and regulatory developments in the field of measurement technology

**Requirements**:

- Completed degree in law, a comparable law-related field of study, or a technical degree with a legal focus
- Professional experience in compliance, risk management, or related areas
- Knowledge of working with standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, DIN) is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and precise working style
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
