In this role, you will be a...
- inspiring leader: You are responsible for our marketing team, the marketing strategy & budget as well as key point of contact for marketing tasks.
- creative mind: You create and manage a variety of our communication by creating long-form textual content (case studies, white papers etc.) and short texts (for e.g. Social media posts, website etc.).
- strategic thinker: You develop our brand message, point-of-views and content focused on different markets.
- trend searcher: With the aim to be always up to date to the newest trend, you are actively searching and evaluating different opportunities.
- conceptional genius: By concepting and producing product-related visual content (posters, videos, presentation etc.) in collaboration with other teams, you actively support our appearance towards clients.
- content manager: The management of the content of our website, Twitter, LinkedIn page and other channels, and monthly analytics reports lays in your responsibility.
- organizational talent: The organization of webinars and events as well producing the company’s podcast on Intelligence related topics are an easy one for you.
- reliable supporter: You are a trusted partner for other teams like Sales, Research and HR.
You are a perfect match, if you have
- several years of experience in leading a small team and managing service providers.
- a university degree in communications or media studies, marketing, or Social Science.
- practical experience in communications or marketing
- ideally in the field of social media.
- strong analytical and verbal & visual communication skills, as well as the affinity to adapt communication styles across a variety of audiences and channels.
- advanced social media skills and campaign experience (Twitter and LinkedIn preferred).
- a helicopter view and ability to manage multiple projects effectively at the same time.
- experience with customer relationship management tools - CAS GenesisWorld preferred.
- excellent knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
- experience with Adobe InDesign and Content Management System (CMS) as WordPress or any content builder (is a plus).
- excellent English skills, verbal and written (C1/C2).
- flexible, self-organized and independent working style and the willingness to learn
- the openness to cultural diversity and an ability to cooperate in a diverse environment.
