The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Accounting Clerk**

**Your tasks**:

- Processing incoming invoices
- Checking incoming invoices in accordance with tax and legal requirements
- Account assignment and posting of invoices in accordance with the Uniform System of
- Accounts
- Creating weekly payment runs
- Processing and payment of fixed asset invoices
- Balance sheet reconciliation of the posted accounts
- Posting monthly accruals
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Monitoring open supplier lists, taking cash flow into account
- Processing incoming correspondence and reminders

**Your Competencies**:

- Completed vocational training in hotel or business management
- Very good understanding of numbers
- Very good MS-Office knowledge
- Independence and team spirit
- knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
