**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Environmental Reporting and Performance Monitoring within OMV Group by providing timely and accurate KPIs to internal stakeholders as well as expert knowledge to OMV Group operations in terms of air emissions, water, waster, biodiversity and spill response, including environmental monitoring plans
- Consolidate, Monitor and Analyze environmental metrics and non-conformances, and establish an environmental management audit program to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Act as single point of contact on environmental data for internal and external stakeholders (Annual-, and Sustainability Report, IOGP, CDP, DJSI, ISS ESG, Statistics Austria, etc.) and ensure a pro-active collaboration with national and international organizations by representing OMV in relevant working groups and committees
- Lead and facilitate the environmental working group to develop a strong environmental culture across OMV Group
- Lead digitalization/innovation projects and further development of the EHS Management Tool
- Contribute to Annual HSSE Planning with active collaboration and support on environmental initiatives
- Contribute to develop, maintain and roll-out internal regulations, standards and processes

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Environmental or Engineering Discipline
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- High level of commitment to HSSE safety culture
- Excellent understanding of all relevant aspects of managing environmental related aspects and company related impacts
- Strong communication, strategic, analytical and leadership skills
- Experience with EHS Management Tools (with focus on Environment, Audits and Management of Change)
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge in project management
- Knowledge of applicable Environmental Laws & Regulations
- Knowledge in HSSE, Operations and Process Safety (Desirable)
- Knowledge in Coaching and Training (Desirable)
- Very good IT user skills, esp. MS-Office, EHS Management Tools, SAP
- English (fluent in spoken and written)
