**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and implement one specific area of communications plans or implement specific communications programs.
- Provide communications and support senior communications professionals in the implementation of communications strategies in a specialist field to support the business.
- Develop and conduct analyse, interpret results and make recommendations that support establishment of effective communications programs aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational business and make decisions within small, clearly defined areas.
- Enhance engagement with the patient community through a patient-focused attitude.
- Stay current with relevant information and resources regarding industry and health care legislation. Providing updates regularly to the disease communities.
- Manage PR agencies and other external vendors to secure maximum return on investment, operational excellence and business impact.
- Use and coordinate available communications resources to achieve required results by ensuring effective deployment of project information/materials.
**Essential Requirements**:
- University Diploma or equivalent experience or equivalent, advanced degrees a bonus
- Experience in communication strategy execution, cross cultural experience, project management, cross-unit collaboration, cross-cultural experience
- Abilities demonstrates interpersonal savviness, project excellence, operational excellence, digital & tech familiarity, continuous learning; business attitude
- Competencies in developing concise and clear messaging that drives engagement & behaviour, channel utilization, creative writing for various channels, storytelling, visual communication, audience / partner mapping and segmentation, and measurement of communication and engagement activities
- Languages: German and English
