Stellenbeschreibung
- Durchführung von Studien zur Potentialabschätzung neuer Technologien im Bereich Elektromobilität
- Ausarbeitung von Innovationsideen und Konzepten inklusive Marktbewertung
- Planung und Leitung von Vorentwicklungsprojekten (Proof-of-Concept, A-Muster)
- Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsdokumenten
- Beobachtung von Markt
- und Innovationstrends
- Aktive Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen, Kongressen und internationalen Messen
- Networking mit internen sowie externen Partnern (wissenschaftliche und strategische Kooperationen)

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau / Kraftfahrzeugtechnik / Mechatronik / Elektrotechnik o.Ä.)
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. Testing im Bereich Automotive sowie Kenntnisse in der Antriebstechnik von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, strategisches Denken, Kommunikations
- und Organisationsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungskraft
- Analytischer und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Mit einem abgeschlossenen Masterstudium gilt für diese Position ein Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 51.800;
- (FH-Master) brutto pro Jahr (Basis: 38,5h, kein All-In). Eine Überzahlung ist jedoch aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
