**UNSER ANGEBOT**

Für unseren weltweit agierenden Geschäftsbereich HYDRO suchen wir am Standort Linz, Weiz oder Wien im Bereich Global Site Operations einen PROCESS MANAGER (m/w/d) Global Site Operations auf Vollzeitbasis.

**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (TU/FH Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, o.Ä.)
- Erste Berufserfahrung in Industrie, Anlagenbau oder Beratung
- IT-Affinität (Excel ist Voraussetzung, von Vorteil: SQL, PowerBI)
- Proaktive, integrierende, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Kommunikationsstarker sowie interkultureller Teamplayer
- Reisebereitschaft (etwa 10%)
- verhandlungssicheres Englisch

**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Weiterentwicklung globaler Standards für Prozesse zur Baustellenplanung und Standarddokumentation
- Leitung von Teilprojekten zu technischen Prozessverbesserungen in Zusammenbarbeit mit Engineering und Fertigung
- Durchführen von Rollouts und Trainings in den Montageabteilungen und auf Baustellen in der Mobilisierungsphase
- Analyse von Baustellendaten zur Identifikation und Messung von Verbesserungsprojekten
- Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierungsprojekte von Baustellenprozessen

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 3.398,14 / Monat anzuführen.
