**This is what you will move with us**:

- Erstellen von Vertragsunterlagen im EI-Bereich
- Systempflege sowie Rechnungsklärung
- Telefonische sowie schriftliche Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
- Interne und externe Terminkoordination in Absprache mit den Fachbereichen
- Zusammenstellung von Dokumentationen und internen Projektunterlagen
- Sonstige administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Erledigung der Ein
- und Ausgangspost

**What you bring with you**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK)
- Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Einen hohen Grad an Serviceorientierung
- Eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Die Entlohnung entspricht der jeweiligen Einstufung laut Kollektivvertrag für die Metalltechnische Industrie und liegt bei mindestens EUR 2.566,17 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
