**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:

- You partner with sales teams to validate and challenge forecasts from all sales channels and regions.
- You lead and improve forecasting cycles, tools, and review processes in alignment with stakeholders.
- You deliver accurate, rolling long-term forecasts to Supply Planning for timely material and capacity planning.
- You track and improve KPIs related to forecast accuracy and sales performance.
- You own and maintain the Demand Planning System (Netstock Pivot Forecasting) to ensure full system utilization.
- You identify and implement system/process enhancements to boost forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- you coordinate demand-side inputs during product lifecycle changes with the Portfolio Team.
- You ensure accurate setup of new/updated SKUs in systems with correct forecast ownership.
- you highlight and communicate forecast-driven risks to stakeholders to mitigate service or waste issues.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You bring 5+ years experience in Supply Chain / S&OP roles, with 3+ years in Demand Planning.
- You have a strong analytical mindset with ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking.
- You have advanced Excel skills; PowerBI and Airtable experience a plus.
- You have a solid understanding of demand planning’s impact on supply chain performance.
- You bring experience with short shelf-life products and related forecasting complexities.
- You are proficient in using demand planning systems and improving related processes.
- You are a strong communicator with proven collaboration skills across functions.
- You are proactive in identifying risks and proposing mitigation actions.
- You are tech-savvy, with passion for system optimization and process improvement.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 50.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
