- Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung unserer weltweiten Niederlassungen, Distributoren, Kliniken und Patient*innen (Patient*innenselektion, produktbezogene Betreuung im OP, Anpassung der Audioprozessoren)
- Technischer Support von Mittelohrimplantaten (VIBRANT SOUNDBRIDGE und PMEIs) und Knochenleitungssystemen (BONEBRIDGE und ADHEAR) sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumente
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung (u.a. Erstellung von Trainingsmaterial) und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Produktpräsentationen und Kund*innenbetreuung bei Kongressen und Workshops sowie kund*innen
- und produktspezifische Datenauswertung
- Mitarbeit beim Marktaufbau und in der Produktverbesserung
- Ihr Profil- Abschluss eines naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen oder life-science Studiums
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung bzw. Kenntnisse in Audiologie, Audiometrie oder Medizin sind von Vorteil jedoch nicht erforderlich
- Hohe Motivation, Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft - Führerschein (B) erwünscht
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse erwünscht
