As a **Technical Product Specialist **in our **Professional Development Program (PDP)** **you will develop the necessary skills to **engage with our customers with** confidence and provide them with **best-in-class advice **to get the most out of Dynatrace platform.
- Start with **6 months of paid training** that will include: developing a strong **foundation of Dynatrace Technology** and the ecosystems it interacts with, **communication skills and consulting **methodologies.
- ** Learn **alongside other recent grads **from our industry experts** and personal mentors.
- Provide customers **“micro consulting” engagements** with their deployment, configuration, problem triage, and troubleshooting.
- ** Identify potential growth and retention opportunities** within customer chat conversations to ensure customers get the most value and return on their Dynatrace investment.

**This role will be hybrid** and combine home and in-office work in our offices in Vienna or Linz

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in **Computer Science**, Computer Engineering, **Information Technology**, Information Systems, or a **related STEM discipline.**:

- Familiarity with some of the **following technologies**: Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.
- ** Charismatic communicator **(presentation skills are a plus).
- A **passion for technology **and continuous learning.
- Professional proficiency in **English **is a must;** additional languages** (Spanish, Italian, French, German e.g.) are a strong plus.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 44.800 gross per year based on full-time employment.
