As our **Performance Marketing Manager **you will work closely together with the Marketing team and other commercial departments. By planning and conducting our performance marketing process, you will help us to boost our inbound leads in the fitness, yoga, and sports market, and furthermore raise awareness about our B2C platform and apps.

YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of our B2B and B2C performance marketing activities.
- Implementing and optimizing online campaigns.
- Responsible for the budget, tracking setup, KPI monitoring, and reporting for all measures.
- Executing A/B tests on the landing page, messaging, targeting, CTAs, etc.
- Optimizing conversion rates from the first ad impression to the end of the purchase.
- Establishing a closed-loop analysis with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activities generate customers and continuously refine our processes for customer conversion.
- Managing several projects with tight deadlines and high quality of work.

YOUR PROFILE
- Min. 3 years of experience with digital marketing and responsibilities in the field of performance marketing.
- Ideally a degree in media or communications.
- Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English will be required.
- Know-how of campaign management and the following tools: Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; further knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Passion for data and very good analytical skills with the motivation to create evaluations and statistics on the basis of various metrics.
- Know-how of performance marketing trends and the enthusiasm to try out new things and tools.
- Start-up spirit: you are not afraid to leave your comfort zone.
- Ability to collaborate in a multicultural team partly in a remote work setting.
