Denn wir vertrauen den Menschen, die bei uns arbeiten.Wien Vollzeit ab sofort - In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Abteilung Betriebsorganisation im Bereich Data Science & AI und entwickeln selbstständig unternehmensweit Data Science/AI Projekte End to End.- Was erwartet Sie bei uns?- - Sie setzen eigenverantwortlich Data Science/AI Projekte End to End um - vom MVP zum fertigen AI Produkt. - Sie entwickeln und implementieren Machine Learning Modelle und Algorithmen effizient und skalierbar. - Sie bewerten regelmäßig die Effizienz und Qualität von AI-Modellen. - Sie übernehmen Aufgaben im Bereich Machine Learning Operations (MLOps). - Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen innerhalb der Generali zusammen, um AI Solutions nahtlos zu entwickeln und zu integrieren. - Sie suchen aktiv nach Innovationen innerhalb der Generali im Bereich Data & AI. - Sie dienen als Mentor_in von anderen Data Professionals (z.B. Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Engineers,...).- Was bringen Sie mit?- - Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder Studium in einem verwandten Bereich - 7+ Jahre in der Umsetzung und Leitung von Data Science/AI Projekten - bitte führen Sie konkrete Projekte in Ihrer Bewerbung an - Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (agil und nicht agil) bzw. in der Leitung von Projekten im Bereich DataScience/AI (auch parallel) - Tiefgehende technische Expertise in den Bereichen Machine Learning, Data Science, ML Engineering sowie SW Entwicklung mit Python - Erfahrung mit Cloud Plattformen wie AWS, Azure oder Google Cloud - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenverarbeitung und -analyse (beinhaltet Datenbereinigung, -transformation und -visualisierung) - Sehr ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Data/AI Fragestellungen zu identifizieren und zu lösen - Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln - Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams - Know-how im Bereich Versicherungswesen von Vorteil - Sehr gute Deutsch - und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Was wir dir bieten- Angestelltenrabatte auf unsere Versicherungprodukte- 24. & 31.12. arbeitsfrei- Gute Erreichbarkeit - Standort im 22.
