**We are a motivated and dynamic Project Management Team within Red Bull Operations and are looking for a Project Portfolio Coordinator with relevant experience in preparing and supporting our portfolio decision-making process. In this role, you'll support the right evaluation and prioritization of the increasing number of projects within Operations at Red Bull.**:
Based in our global Headquarter in Salzburg you will assess and qualify project requests and secure data quality and compliance of our project management governance by establishing a best-in-class project portfolio management process.

**COORDINATE PROJECT REQUESTS**:
As a member of our project management team you'll establish, drive and coordinate the project request management process within Operations. This includes to review, evaluate and assess submitted project requests.

**CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECT ALIGNMENT**:
In this role you'll foster the cross functional alignment of new project requests to ensure a common understanding of impacts to our process
- and system landscape as well as required budgets, resources, and timings.

**PORTFOLIO TRANSPARENCY**:
Our project portfolio coordinator ensures tracking and controlling of projects to guarantee portfolio transparency and correctness of data.

**COORDINATE MEETINGS**:
You'll coordinate and organize portfolio reviews to a dedicated target group and provide portfolio reports to management and key stakeholders.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY**:
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, supply chain, process management or similar
- 5 years of professional experience in a project management role
- Verifiable experience in project portfolio management
- Experienced in the process of requesting and initiating new projects
- End to End Operations know-how beneficial
- Strong analytical skills, solution
- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player
