- complaint management and guest relations
- carrying out all administrative tasks in the front office area

**Required skills**:
- successfully completed education in the hotel industry
- work experience in the luxury hotel industry
- passionate host with a high sense of quality and responsibility
- very good knowledge of MS Office programs, Opera knowledge an advantage
- very good knowledge of German and English
- self-confident and winning personality
- excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
