**Job Description**:
Your passion is to collect customer-, market
- and business-relevant data and data sources, to analyze them and to use them to draw conclusions for our business. With these derivations we support strategic and business-relevant decisions and thus contribute to the success of Doka in the future.

**Customer Intelligence**
- Development of a professional customer experience & feedback process as well as implementation rollout
- Monitoring, analysis and recommendations for action on customer feedback and behavior
- Evaluation of different customer touchpoints and systemic integration into work processes
- Analyzation of customer behavior along the customer journey and deduction of recommendations for action with the specialized departments

**Market Research**
- Cooperation with external partners in the analysis of markets and market segments, especially with regard to market development, trends and growth forecasts and qualify the data for the Doka internal business intelligence system
- Adaptation of the industry-specific forecast values in close concurrence with countries and regions
- Ongoing profiling of selected key market players to compare performance, strengths and weaknesses and identify potential opportunities
- Design and performance of market-potential studies at the request of departments and countries/regions
- Market studies for product/business development (survey design, sampling, implementation in the software and results analysis)
- Preparation of documents and reports with business relevant data

**Qualifications**:

- Analytically thinking and bringing a creative approach to your projects
- Highly experienced handling of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (nice to have)
- Successfully completed academic studies and/or 5 years of professional experience in the area of customer insights and/or market research
- You know how to support business, focus on customers and improve the customer experience both digitally and analogously
- You have experience in project work and project management
- Good knowledge of German and English

Additional Information
- You organize your working hours independently and flexibly, as there are no fixed core hours.
- You can work in your home office to a certain extent or alternatively use our shared offices in Linz or Vienna on a daily basis in addition to your workplace in Amstetten.
- Doka offers an attractive working environment, e.g. a staff canteen with freshly cooked food, vitality and sports facilities, and a wonderful working atmosphere.
- ** For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, **which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 42,558.88 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
