Internship in Legal Cee

As part of Legal BILLA CEE/Discount International in Wiener Neudorf, you will help coordinating legal departments of REWE Group retail companies within Retail International (CZ, SK, CR, LT, HU, RO, BG, ITA).

**IHRE AUFGABEN - VIELSEITIG WIE DER HANDEL**:

- Antitrust law - perform trainings, issue guidelines, coordinate other related issues at the headquarters as well as in the countries
- Corporate law - shareholder decision-making and all other documentation required from the parent companies by the subsidiaries in the countries
- Contract law - coordination of conclusion of inter-company as well as contracts with external parties
- Project coordination - implementation of EU rules, projects initiated internally
- Audits, Guidelines, Public Affairs, IP, other ad-hoc legal tasks

**IHR PROFIL - STARK WIE UNSERE MARKEN**:

- Law school student, paralegal, retired lawyer
- Very good knowledge of English language, knowledge of German language desirable, but not necessary. Knowledge of languages spoken in CZ, SK, CR, LT, HU, RO, BG, ITA are very welcome
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
