The Senior Business Data Analyst for Service Performance Management leads and oversees the development, implementation, and enhancement of INNIO’s data-driven management control approach. This involves the comprehensive analysis of extensive data sets to extract actionable insights, pinpoint trends, establish KPIs, and forge a connection to the company's strategy. Central to this steering approach is the design and execution of a comprehensive reporting system with a 360-degree perspective to address and comprehend the key questions: “what has transpired and why”, “what will occur”, and “how can it be actively influenced”.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead, manage, and support advanced analyses that facilitate data-driven decision-making and process automation- Detect process gaps and data quality issues affecting the quality of analysis and provide and/or oversee the development of solutions- Conceptualize, design, and execute reports to drive measures supporting the Service strategy- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop reports and ensure their optimal performance- Identify trends from raw data sources to enhance the efficiency of the Service organization- Lead the development of metrics and data quality rules, including dashboards, KPIs, and other success measurements for business stakeholders, enabling them to delve into key aggregated values

**Your Profile**:
- Completed university studies with a focus on Business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent- Extensive professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial or operational reporting with a consulting background- Deep knowledge of and at least 5-7 years of experience in statistical analysis with large data sets using SQL, Python, R or similar- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (specifically advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts) including experience building complex reports and models- Daily usage, solid experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial or operational reporting with a consulting background, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy- Proven ability to summarize large amounts of complex data into (management) reports, including experience in data visualization and data storytelling to drive actionable insights and decision-making
- Fluency in English, proficiency in any other language is a plus

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
