Check out this role and see if you’re a good match **Your territory** As part of our Communications team, you will: - Show Italian-speaking pet parents how Tractive can help them keep their pets safe and healthy - Translate and localize engaging content from English into Italian (app, UX, web, marketing, retail, newsletters, and more) - Use CAT tools, localization software, and AI-supported workflows to boost efficiency and consistency - Experiment with prompting and large language models (LLMs) to enhance our translation process - Write engaging, on-brand editorial content, campaign copy, and ad texts for Italian audiences across various marketing channels - Translate or create blog content tailored for the Italian market - Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things” - Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level **Your profile** Key requirements: - Full professional proficiency in Italian - Ideally, degree in Translation Studies or Communications - At least 2-3 years of professional translation experience (EN -> IT) - SEO experience is a plus - Both creative and analytical thinking - Familiarity with CAT tools, localization platforms, or AI-supported translation workflows - Proficiency with generative AI tools, prompting techniques, and large language models (LLMs) - you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re excited to explore and improve your workflow using AI - Very good English skills Does this sound like you? - Top-notch communication skills - Creative with a passion for words - Keen eye for tone, clarity, and style - Curious and open-minded when it comes to innovation and AI tools, and smarter ways of working - Excited to work in Austria alongside an outstanding team **Salary range** Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 28.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
