We are currently recruiting a **Portfolio Management Lead - Data Digital & Technology (DD&T) **on a full-time basis in Austria.

**Your tasks**:

- Lead and manage **Strategic Theme**, **Initiative **centric portfolios through demand intake to benefits realization. Govern portfolio investments in a scaled agile environment
- Facilitate outcomes driven investments aligned to the organizational strategic objectives. Supports portfolio prioritization, monitoring lifecycle progress and outcomes
- Align demand planning to budget cycle (3-year plan).
- Drive demand quality, establish business case and portfolio balance across investments.
- Partner with Strategic Theme and Initiative owners to establish Objectives and Key Results for investments to enable investment success and value demonstration.
- Manage investment demand lifecycle - govern initiative demand backlog with portfolio Kanban. Ensure scaled agile governance processes and decisions are applied consistently
- Conduct investment reviews and enable leadership through transparency with consistent portfolio reporting for informed data enabled decision making. Facilitate risk mitigation at a portfolio level.
- Ensure portfolio rebalancing is aligned with Strategic Theme objectives and investment funding guardrails
- Collaborate with Portfolio management peers to advance ways of working. Responsible for maintaining and improving portfolio management maturity
- Ensure DD&T portfolio services delivery meets quality, value, and budget requirements
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics to measure the success of the DD&T portfolio
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a collaborative approach

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a portfolio manager or multiple years of project/program manager experience on a global level
- Experience with senior management and stakeholder presentations, engagement, and support
- Value and Investment management mindset
- Knowledge and understanding about financial and budget processes
- Proactive in engaging with stakeholders on all levels
- Exceptionally effective communication skills and supportive and service minded in nature
- Previous people management experience nice to have
- English skills

**Desired**:

- Experience with SAFe

**Additional Information**:

- International travel may be required.

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 4.751,92 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry).

The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible.
