In dieser Position bist du für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse im Bereich Planning & Logistics verantwortlich. Aufbauend auf unserer aktuellen Systemwelt gilt es Potentiale zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen zu erkennen und entsprechende Lösungen zu erarbeiten. Du berichtest Du direkt an den Director Planning & Logistics.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Materialplanern
- Erarbeitung von passgenauen Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung rund um die Materialbeschaffung auf der Basis der aktuellen Systemlandschaft
- Betreuung unserer Lieferantenplattform bei Upgrades, Funktionserweiterungen oder der Integration von neuen Lieferanten (EDI)
- Durchführung von konkreten Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich und der IT-Abteilung
- Dokumentation der Planungsprozesse und Durchführung von Schulungen bei Prozessänderungen
- Mitwirkung bei Auswahl und Einführung eines neuen Planungstools
- Teilnahme an Weiterbildungen zur Aneignung von relevantem Wissen über Prozesse, IT- und BI-Strukturen sowie Möglichkeiten von AI

**Das solltest du mitbringen**:

- Technische, kaufmännische oder Informationstechnische Ausbildung mit akademischem Abschluss (FH/Uni)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Planung, Disposition, Logistik oder Einkauf
- Affinität zu IT- und Digitalisierungsthemen
- Sehr hohe analytische Fähigkeiten
- Organisationstalent mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und klarer Zielorientierung
- Teamwork und die Fähigkeit selbständig proaktiv zu arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

Das Grundgehalt für diese Position setzt sich aus dem in Österreich gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestgehalt laut Metaller-Kollektivvertag in Höhe von mindestens EUR 4.269,07 brutto pro Monat (x 14) und aus einer marktüblichen Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen zusammen.
