In Ihrem Aufgabenbereich unterstützen Sie das Finance-Team in allen Belangen. Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit betrifft die Entwicklung, den Aufbau und die laufende Durchführung des Finanzreportings. Dabei achten Sie auf eine sehr gute Data Governance und gestalten die dafür erforderlichen Datenqualitätsmanagementprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den relevanten Mavie Work Kolleg*innen aktiv mit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung aussagekräftiger interner Monats
- / Quartalsberichte inklusive Soll/Ist Vergleichs
- Aufbau und Entwicklung von Controlling
- und Steuerungsinstrumenten inklusive einer Kosten
- und Leistungsrechnung
- Etablierung und Auswertung umfassender Key-Performance-Indikatoren
- Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung eines integrierten Finanzplanungs-modells zur Erstellung der Unternehmens
- und Liquiditätsplanung als auch für das Reporting und den Analysen zur Steuerung der Unternehmensperformance
- Übernahme einer aktiven Rolle bei der Definition von Prozessen und der Einführung einer integrierten IT-Architektur (ERP / CRM, BI-Systeme für Planung, Reporting, Analyse und Steuerung)
- Ansprechpartner und aktive Schnittstelle zwischen dem externen Rechnungswesen und dem Mavie Work internen Controlling sowie Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
- Laufende Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei Ad-hoc-Analysen und Projekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Hochschulausbildung (UNI/FH) idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Bereich Controlling / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) eines Unternehmens, idealerweise im konkreten Aufbau eines neuen Finanzreportings sowie dem „Kommunizieren“ in Graphiken, Tabellen und Reports
- Die Fähigkeit das „Big picture“ zu sehen, gepaart mit einem analytischen Detailblick
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Prozessorientierung, stark ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der integrierten Finanzmodellierung in Excel, idealerweise Erfahrungen bei der Einführung und Nutzung von ERP- / CRM-Systemen, insbesondere mit Microsoft Dynamics 365, sowie Abschluss-, Planungs-, Reportingtools, wie beispielsweise Power BI
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem ausgezeichnete EXCEL Skills
- Sehr selbständige Arbeitsweise und Selbstorganisation
- Ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent
- Kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten
- Wertschätzende Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
