**Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance Beverage Teams suchen wir einen Sales Controller in unserem Headquarter in Fuschl am See. Als Teil des Area Finance Sales Teams agieren Sie als Business Partner unserer internationalen Sales Abteilungen.**

In dieser Position sind Sie für die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von globalen Sales Controlling Tools verantwortlich und stärken die lokalen Finance Organisationen mit Sales Controlling Expertise. Die idealen Kandidaten haben bereits Erfahrungen im Sales Controlling gesammelt und bringen die Ambitionen mit, ihre Karriere innerhalb der Red Bull Finanz-Organisation weiterzuentwickeln.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**SALES CONTROLLING**
- Sparringspartner für die Länderorganisationen hinsichtlich der Steigerung der langfristigen Profitabilität.
- Weiterentwicklung von globalen Tools im Bereich Pricing und Promotion.
- Testing, Training und User Support für die globalen Sales Controlling Systeme.
- Sicherstellung der Qualität der Profitabilitätsanalysen in allen Red Bull-Organisationen.
- Weitergabe von Sales Controlling Know-how in unserer internen Finance Academy.

**BUSINESS PARTNERING**
- Finance Business Partner für die internationalen On
- und Off-Premise-Teams für die Kostenplanung und das Reporting.
- Erstellung des Reportings und der Budgetplanung für die globalen Key Accounts mit dem Global Key Account Management.
- Unterstützung von Systemeingaben von internationalen Vereinbarungen einschließlich des Abgleichs von Kundenrechnungen.

**MONTH-END CLOSING / REPORTING / ANALYSEN**
- Monatsabschluss und Abgleich mit den internen Systemen.
- Analyse der globalen Volums
- und Umsatzentwicklung.
- Koordination der monatlichen Rückstellungen.
- Ad-hoc-Berechnungen.

**PLANNING & FORECASTING**
- Koordination der Timeline und nötigen Eingaben während des Budgetprozesses.
- Abstimmung der internen Planungssysteme.

**Qualifikationen**:
Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Sales Controller in der FMCG-Branche

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft/Finanzen

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, exzellente MS-Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen und integrierten Business-Analyse-Tools (ERP - SD, FI, COPA / BI / Hyperion usw.)

Erfahrung im Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil

Grundkenntnisse im Accounting und Bereich Steuern

Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit wie auch die Fähigkeit, Risiken zu identifizieren, mögliche Auswirkungen abzuschätzen und Alternativen zu definieren

Kommunikationsstark, um effektiv mit internen Kunden, funktionsübergreifenden Teams und globalen technischen Teams zu kommunizieren

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.229 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
