**Experienced Business Analyst with Scrum Master Role for Regulatory Innovations (f/m/d)**:

- Then you might be the right person for our team As our scrum master, you will play a crucial role in the success of our scrum team and their products and services regarding resolution planning. In addition, you will play a vital role in analyzing business purposes and work on the implementation.-
**What you can expect**:
- Perform a gap analysis stemming from the bail-in data set for resolution purposes
- Enhance RBI’s ability to fully cover the valuation data set delivery towards resolution authority
- Be a partner for building smart solution designs for reporting requirements/implementations
- Participate in fire-drill exercises triggered by the resolution authority
- Support & enhance the resolution reporting activities for the Austrian Resolution Group
- Regression analysis and root cause identification with smart testing approaches
- Develop and maintain a high performing team in collaboration with the product owner by ensuring that goals and vision are clear
- Support the team with regards to upskilling, facilitation of meetings and agile scrum
- Support and guide the product owner in respect to the backlog including roadmap, release plan and prioritization
- Collaborate with others in a so-called ‘scrum master chapter’ to improve agile methodology
**What you bring to the table**:
- University degree in a technical/economic field or proven comparable qualification
- Domain knowledge of banking products, especially the liability side of the balance sheet and resolution regulation is a plus (business data modelling)
- Ability to find/trace attributes and transformations within RBI’s Enterprise Dataware House
- Requirement engineering, understanding of business logic and data transformations
- SQL development skills and ability to write SQLs on your own
- Ability to document the findings and propose solutions in proactive manner
- Willingness to get onboarded to work with RBI’s technical reporting solution (R-Universe)
- Knowing the reporting software Abacus and its layers is of advantage
- Proven track-record as a scrum master including usage of Jira or similar in agile scrum
- Fluent in business English is mandatory
