**#PROFILE**:
Als Data Center Engineer - Team Lead übernimmst Du die Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Teams und bist für den Betrieb unseres **eigenen Rechenzentrums DATASIX** verantwortlich. Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen die Konzeption, Realisierung, Weiterentwicklung, Wartung und Sicherung des Rechenzentrumsbetriebs sowie die Leitung und Steuerung der im Rechenzentrum anstehenden Projekte. Du unterstützt tatkräftig die technische und prozessuale Weiterentwicklung und bringst Dein Verständnis für kritische Infrastrukturen sowie deren Zusammenhänge in die Projekte mit ein. Du informierst Dich selbstverständlich regelmäßig über neue Rechenzentrums-Standards und Technologien und hast ein gutes Marktverständnis.

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Rechenzentrumstechnik, insbes. strukturierte Verkabelung (Glasfaser, Kupfer, Strom)
- Kenntnisse in einem dieser Bereiche: Kälte-/Klimatechnik, Belüftung, Elektrotechnik (Batterien, USVs, Dieselgeneratoren, NSHV) sowie Managementsysteme für diese Bereiche
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke) von Vorteil
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Prozessverständnis, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine systematische und logische Herangehensweise
- Teamplayer:in, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
