Customer & Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d) - Austria, Linz

Hybrid, Full-time

We are looking for a proactive individual in a vital role that can help us to enhance our customer focused Marketing footprint.

Main tasks are creative & practical at the same time with a focus on the digital experience both internally and at customer level. You will be part of our small Austrian team, working closely with our local sales team and our regional wider marketing teams as well.

What is possible?

Planning and implementation of (digital) Marketing and Launch campaigns
Ensuring brand compliance for all Marketing operations including Label design
Market and Competitive Intelligence
Price analysis and value pricing exercises
Creation and supervision of all digital Marketing channels (Homepage, social media, Newsletters, etc.)
Cooperation with external Marketing agencies

What do you bring?

Bachelor´s degree in agronomy, marketing, business or a related field
Good command of English both verbal and written and native German
A desire to implement best practice solutions.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, time management, stress-resistance skills and flexibility
Analytical mindset with a proficiency in gathering and interpreting data, translating findings into insightful actions to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Ability to work in a team and in an international environment.

The minimum annual salary is around gross 60K plus we provide an excellent package of extra benefits.
