Short time to market to create innovative, unparalleled products for long-lasting success will be your core mantra. - Support in New Product Development, rapid prototyping, implementation of mini series and large-scale production plans - Support in Regulatory Affairs in local and international markets - Organize and implement client live tastings with fast implementation of their wishes - Collaborate strongly with production, supply chain management, sales and ownership of the company - Continuously improve/optimize current products and processes within the production and give suggestions for optimization of supply chain management and alternative raw material suppliers - Continuous improvement of technical skills and personal development. Acts as an ambassador of the company.
