Das Team Workplace Product Delivery verantwortet sowohl die fachliche als auch kommerzielle Produktentwicklung der Abteilung Workplace & Collaboration. Darunter fallen unter anderem der Windows Arbeitsplatz, Mailingprodukte wie Exchange, Mailgateway, Antiviren
- und Antispamlösungen, die Telefonie, sowie Mobile Device Lösungen, MS M365, Printlösungen, die Clientvirtualisierung und Workplace-Endpointprotectionlösungen. Neben der Produktentwicklung, ist auch das Client-Releasemanagement in diesem Team angesiedelt. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Operations Managern der Abteilung haben Sie die strategische, kaufmännische, inhaltliche und technische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für ausgewählte Workplace & Collaboration Produkte im kompletten Life Cycle, sowie der Sicherstellung der strategischen und marktkonformen Ausrichtung der definierten Produkte
- Erstellung von Produkt‐Roadmaps
- Produkt-Neuentwicklung und Markteinführungskonzepte
- Marktanalysen (Marktpotenzial, Technologietrends, Wettbewerbsstruktur)
- Business Cases mit kompetitiven Pricing Strategien
- Sicherstellung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungserfüllung
- Produkt Service‐Reviews
- Abstimmungen mit Solution
- und Businesspartnermanagement

Sie bringen mit
- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Projektmanagement im IT‐nahen Umfeld
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der (lateralen oder fachlichen) Führung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Workplace & Collaboration Services (Clientbetriebssysteme, Clientmanagement, Clientvirtualisierung, Endpointprotection, M365) und ITSM
- ITIL Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement

Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung wird ein Jahreszielgehalt ab EUR 97.563,79 brutto all in angeboten. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.
