**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Implement Monthly, Budget and Strategic Production Plans for OMV Chemicals & Materials (C&M) - Ethylene and other chemicals units, e.g.: Butadiene, Aromatics extractions using the Linear Programming (LP) tool. Cross country and cross Division coordination with Refinery Planning and Scheduling as well as with Supply, Sales and Logistics.
- Optimize the (budget, monthly, or ad-hoc) plans for C&M by steering: crude and semi-finished product supply, Refinery & Chemicals operations by varying process parameters and intermediates routing, inventory in compliance with compulsory stock and risk management guidelines as well as finished product supply and sales.
- Continuous assessment of the C&M Supply / Production / Sales plan implementation.
- C&M representative in Short Term Optimization (STO) teams to capture business opportunities & handle deviations.
- Assessment of changes in/additions to Refinery/Chemicals processing units, feedstock and product supply, product specifications and product portfolio regarding their impact on the contribution margin.
- Decide on changes to and maintenance of the planning and optimization systems based on a continuous monitoring process in cooperation with Refinery Planning. I.e. Supply Chain Management: develop, implement and ensure continuous improvement of the Supply Chain Process, tools and information architecture in C&M.
- Alignment of all planning activities with OMV Refining as well as the corresponding departments at Borealis as well as at Petrom.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- You have outstanding knowledge of the chemicals/refining business and supply chain optimization
- You have the ability to anticipate and react quickly to changing complex market dynamics
- You have proven communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to form partnerships
- You have a professional level in English and German language
