**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

In this role, you will join the Risk Management department and be accountable to drive the development and maintenance of the Internal Control framework for Western Union International Bank (WUIB). You will provide outstanding support to your stakeholders in continuous risk assessment and in the definition of adequate internal controls, as well as successfully drive process enhancements.

Education or equivalent experience is required, with solid experience in process risk and controls, process design and mapping. You are a strong team player who enjoys working autonomously and is highly accountable. Being curious, coupled with your outstanding communication and organizational skills will make you successful in this role, as you will manage multiple stakeholders daily. Fluency in English is essential.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 61,542 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
